About Yana & TARTCATCH

My name is Yana, I’m a founder of Tart Catch. Many years ago, I studied international economics and worked in business consulting. Later, I came to my true passion — art! Ten wonderful years in gallery business and museums granted me invaluable experience of working with highly creative and talented people, fantastic art, and exciting projects. For two years, I ran an online gallery Art Catch which I closed some time ago, and switched to my other passion — baking!

And Art Catch turned into a Tart Catch.

In my creative delicious projects, I turn to works of art, architecture, interiors, and nature, which is such a great source of ideas, forms and colours! My credo in creating desserts — combination of bright taste and aesthetics. A cake must be beautiful and delicious. I love my work for being able to grant joy and unforgettable moments to my clients.
